A 23 year old from Norwich is facing a number of charges after crashing into a hydro pole in Norwich Township.
NORWICH - A 23 year old from Norwich is facing a number of charges after crashing into a hydro pole in Norwich Township.
Oxford OPP were called to Muir Line near Substation Road way back on March 19th after getting reports of a crash.
Police say they discovered vehicle debris, and the hydro pole was leaning on the wires and had broken apart at the base of pole.
After investigating OPP say they eventually caught up with the driver of the collision.
Rhiley Ingalls has been charged with Careless Driving, Fail to Remain and Operate a Motor Vehicle with No Insurance.
