The price of oil is at a 16-month high, setting the stage for higher gasoline prices. Oil is selling this morning at $108.20 U-S a barrel, pushed up by signs the U-S economy is picking up steam. The price has jumped 12% in less than three weeks. GasBuddy.com says the average price of regular across Canada has risen to almost $1.36 a litre -- it's up to $1.31 or $1.32 a litre in Woodstock.
