Oxford County has one new case of COVID-19 after Southwestern Public Health reported one positive test in Woodstock today. Meanwhile, Elgin County still has two cases overall.
OXFORD/ELGIN/ST.THOMAS - Southwestern Public Health has confirmed one case of COVID-19 today in Woodstock.
As a result, Oxford County now has one case and there are two cases remaining in Elgin County.
Since the pandemic began there have been three institutional outbreaks reported, and all of them have since been resolved.
So far there have been 8,850 people tested and 8,711 test results have been received with 8,625 coming back negative.
To date, the local health unit has had 86 cumulative cases with five deaths and 78 resolved.
