The only requirement to get a first dose of the Moderna vaccine at the clinic hosted by Perth County primary care providers on June 4 in Stratford is you have to be 18 or over.
STRATFORD - A group of primary care providers from Perth County are holding a Moderna COVID-19 vaccination clinic.
Anyone over the age of 18 can sign and get their first dose at the clinic next Friday, June 4 at the Stratford Rotary Complex. The clinic is being run by the Stratford Family Health Team, STAR Family Health Team, Happy Valley Family Health Team, and Mitchell Family Doctors.
The only requirement you need to get a vaccine on this day is to be 18 years of age or older. You do not have to be patient of anyone health care providers.
