Both drivers suffered minor injuries after one vehicle was parked on Highway 59 facing southbound and attempted a U-turn, colliding head-on with a northbound vehicle.
SOUTH WALSINGHAM - Norfolk County OPP investigated a head-on collision involving two vehicles on Highway 59.
OPP say the vehicle was parked on Highway 59 facing southbound when the driver attempted a U-turn and collided head-on with a northbound vehicle. Both drivers were transported to a local area hospital to be treated for minor injuries.
Police charged a 73-year-old driver from Norfolk County with turn-not in safety, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
