Nearby Waterloo Region continues to report the highest number of daily cases with 85 confirmed today.
ONTARIO - The Province of Ontario has confirmed 345 new cases of COVID-19 this morning, bringing the total number of cases in the Province to 541,525.
The Province confirmed 1 new COVID-19 related death this morning, bringing the total in Ontario to 8,994. Another 624 cases have been labelled resolved, bringing the total number of resolved cases to 528,421.
The province completed 26,643 tests yesterday. We currently have 378 COVID-19 patients in the hospital with 352 people in the ICU and 221 in the ICU on a ventilator. Nearby Waterloo Region continues to report the highest number of daily cases with 85 confirmed today, 50 in Toronto, 50 in Peel, 29 in Hamilton and 22 in York Region.
