You can find out if you are on the voters list at voterlookup.ca. Candidates can starting filing on May 2nd, which will kick off the campaign season.
The Municipal Election is coming up on October 24, 2022 and now is a good time to make sure you are still on the voters list.
The clerks of Oxford County are reminding citizens to find out if they are on the list using voterlookup.ca.
Voterlookup.ca is operated by the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) and is available for everyone in the County. In a few simple steps electors can ensure they are on the list and confirm their school board designation. They are very specific about street addresses, so try different variations on your street when inputting into the database. If you can't find yourself on the list, you can call MPAC for help at 1-866-296-6722.
Candidates who wish to run in the Municipal election can sign up starting on May 2nd, which is when the officially campaign kicks off.
