Residents of Oxford County are encouraged to take preventative measures to protect plants from possible frost.
OXFORD COUNTY - Oxford County is currently under a frost advisory.
With temperatures dipping down toward the freezing mark overnight, some delicate plants may be damaged or even destroyed by the frost.
A high pressure system from the American Midwest is expected to move over Southern Ontario tonight. Clear skies and light winds coupled with that pressure system could allow frost to develop around midnight.
It is suggested that you cover up any plants susceptible to the frost, and take preventative measures to protect plants and trees.
