Norfolk County OPP have laid charges after responding to a collision in Windham.
WINDHAM - An Oxford County man is in trouble with Norfolk County OPP.
Just before 6:40 p.m. on Friday, officers and paramedics responded to a single-vehicle collision on Little Lake Road in Windham. During the investigation, it was determined a sedan left the road and hit a house. The driver was located at the scene of the collision and was given a sobriety test. There were no injuries reported.
As a result, a 44-year-old from Oxford County was arrested and is facing charges of operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration of 80 plus, dangerous operation, driving a vehicle with liquor readily available, and failure to surrender an insurance card.
He will appear in a Simcoe Courtroom on January 28th.
