UPDATE: Another Arrest Related to Ingersoll Robbery

Someone armed with what appeared to be a firearm stole cash from a property on Thames Street South on April 9th.

UPDATE (April 21st, 2025) - Another suspect has been charged in relation to this case.

The OPP arrested a 39-year-old woman from Ingersoll on Thursday and she's facing the same charges as the 31-year-old man.

The investigation is still ongoing at this time.

UPDATE (April 11th, 2025) - The Oxford OPP have new information regarding the ongoing robbery investigation.

Yesterday, officers found and arrested a 31-year-old Ingersoll man, who is now facing charges. The charges include armed robbery, carrying a concealed weapon, possession of an imitation weapon for a dangerous purpose, using a disguise with intent, and taking a motor vehicle without consent.

He has been released from custody and is set to appear in Woodstock Court on April 29th.

INGERSOLL - The Oxford OPP are asking for the publics help in an on-going investigation.

This afternoon at 12:30 p.m. officers responded to an address on Thames Street South in Ingersoll after a report of a robbery. It was determined an unknown individual entered the property with what appeared to be a firearm and left with an undisclosed amount of Canadian currency. The individual was seen leaving in a red mid-2000's Volkswagen Beetle.

The OPP are looking for anyone who may have security camera or dashcam footage around the time of the incident and in the area of Thames Street South and St. Andrews Street to share the videos.

If you have any information call the Oxford OPP or Crime Stoppers. When calling to report any information, the Oxford OPP are asking you refer to incident number E250428467.
