Two different collisions in Oxford County resulted in charges against the drivers.
NORWICH TOWNSHIP - A collision in Norwich Township results in charges.
Last Friday, the Oxford OPP responded to a single-vehicle crash on Base Line... and it was determined that a passenger vehicle left the road and struck a hydro pole. Significant damage was caused, and the driver suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
As a result of the incident, a 35-year-old Guelph resident is now facing charges of operation while impaired, operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration of 80 plus, and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.
The accused will appear in Woodstock Court in October.

TILLSONBURG - The Oxford OPP have laid charges after a crash in Tillsonburg.
This past Saturday, officers responded to a vehicle in the ditch on Highway 3. The three people inside the vehicle were not injured, but the driver is now facing charges.
A 40-year-old Norfolk County man has been charged with operation while impaired, operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration of 80 plus, and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.
He will be in a Woodstock Courtroom in October.
