Oxford OPP briefs include a couple of vehicle thefts and a man charged with assaulting two police officers in Tillsonburg.
BLANDFORD-BLENHEIM - Oxford OPP are investigating a break and enter on Oxford Road 29 in Blandford-Blenheim Township.
Police say a quantity of prescription medication was taken from a residential trailer sometime between late Friday night and early Saturday afternoon. A new black Ford F150 pickup truck with black metal rims was captured on security surveillance footage.
Officers will continue to investigate and making attempts to identify the vehicle and person involved. If anyone has any information they are being asked to contact the Oxford County OPP at 1-888-310-1122.

INGERSOLL - An orange 2011 Jeep Wrangler has been stolen from a home on Canterbury Street in Ingersoll.
Police say the bright orange Jeep had multiple stickers and was taken just before midnight on Friday from a driveway.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Oxford OPP or Crime Stoppers.

TILLSONBURG - A 24 year old from Tillsonburg is accused of assaulting two police officers.
Police were called to Frances Street early Saturday morning, just after midnight about an unwanted person at the home. When officers arrived, the suspect got physical with them.
The 24 year old was charged with being intoxicated in a public place, resist arrest and two counts of assaulting a peace officer.

INGERSOLL - The rear window of a vehicle in the Town of Ingersoll was smashed so a thief could steal chair.
Police say the theft happened on Plank Line just after midnight Friday morning.
