An investigation is underway after an 86-year-old from Oxford County was hit by a dump truck in Long Point yesterday. They died at the scene.
LONG POINT - A senior from Oxford County has died after they were hit by a dump truck in Long Point.
It happened on Erie Boulevard at around 1:15 p.m. yesterday.
According to the Norfolk OPP, the 86-year-old pedestrian was hit by the vehicle while they were walking along the roadway. The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with police once they arrived.
