Woodstock suffered a 3-2 loss to New Hamburg in double overtime.
PJHL - It was a tough loss for the Woodstock Navy Vets.
They fell to the New Hamburg Firebirds 3-2 in double overtime last night in front of 700 fans at Southwood Arena.
This means New Hamburg is now leading the Doherty Division Final 3-1. Game 5 of the best-of-seven championship series is scheduled for this Friday night at the Wilmot Recreation Complex with a 7:30 p.m. puck drop.
Meanwhile, the Thamesford Trojans are just one win away from winning the Yeck Division Final. They're leading the best-of-seven championship series against the Mount Brydges Bulldogs 3-1.
Game 5 of that series is also scheduled for this Friday. It will be taking place at the Thamesford Area Rec Centre with a 7:00 p.m. start time.
