The Woodstock Navy Vets crushed the Tavistock Braves last night 6-2, while the Norwich Merchants suffered a 5-3 loss to the Paris Mounties.
PJHL - It was an exciting night in local PJHL playoff action.
The Navy Vets celebrated a 6-2 win over the Tavistock Braves at Southwood Arena with Nolan Brett, Ethan Szabo, Brodie Kearns, Sam Barry, and Jake Phelan scoring goals for Woodstock. This means the best-of-seven quarterfinal series is now tied at 2-2 and Game 5 will be taking place in Tavistock this Friday night starting at 7:30 p.m.
Meanwhile, the Paris Mounties will live to see another day in their quarterfinal series against the Norwich Merchants. The Mounties beat the Merchants 5-3 last night and Norwich is now leading the series 3-1. Game 5 is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. tomorrow at Nor-Del Arena.
