The Tavistock Braves have been eliminated from the Doherty Division playoffs after suffering a 5-4 overtime loss to the New Hamburg Firebirds last night.
PJHL - The PJHL season has officially ended for the Tavistock Braves.
Tavistock suffered a 5-4 overtime loss to the New Hamburg Firebirds last night losing the semifinal series 4-0 in the end. This means the Firebirds will face either the Norwich Merchants or the Wellesley Applejacks in the next round of the playoffs.
The Merchants fell to the Applejacks at Nor-Del Arena last night with a final score of 5-2. Wellesley is now leading the series 3-1, which means Norwich must win Game 5 in order to stay alive in the playoffs.
The Merchants and the Applejacks will meet again at the Wellesley Community Centre tomorrow night with the puck drop scheduled for 8:30 p.m.
