The season continues to roll for the Oxford County teams in the Provincial Junior Hockey League.
PJHL - Another slate of games for the Oxford County teams in the PJHL gets started tonight.
It begins tonight in the Yeck Division as the Thamesford Trojans hit the road to North Middlesex to take on the Stars. Puck drop is scheduled for 8 p.m. The Trojans will then return to home ice tomorrow night as they welcome the Petrolia Flyers to the Thamesford Area Recreation Centre, and game time will be 7:30 p.m.
Moving into the Doherty Division, the Woodstock Navy Vets will only lace up the skates once this weekend, and that will be tomorrow night. They will host the New Hamburg Firebirds at 7:45 p.m. at Southwood Arena.
Next, the Norwich Merchants have a pair of games, beginning tomorrow night at NOR-DEL Arena as they entertain the Hespeler Shamrocks at 8 p.m. It will be a trip to New Hamburg on Saturday to take on the Firebirds, with action getting underway at 7:30 p.m.
Finishing with the Tavistock Braves, they will hit the ice tomorrow night for their only game. They welcome the Wellesley Applejacks to the Tavistock and District Recreation Centre, and the puck will drop at 7:30 p.m.
