The Navy Vets are on top of the Doherty Division standings after celebrating two wins over the weekend.
PJHL - The Woodstock Navy Vets ended 2025 on a good note.
They celebrated a 6-1 victory over the Dorchester Dolphins on Friday and a 4-1 win over the Wellesley Applejacks on Saturday.
The Tavistock Braves crushed the Norwich Merchants 7-2 on Friday. They also shutout the New Hamburg Firebirds 7-nothing on Saturday, while the Merchants beat the Paris Titans 6-1.
The Navy Vets sit on top of the Doherty Division standings with 44 points. They're followed by the Applejacks with 38 points, the Braves with 35 points, the Firebirds with 33 points, and the Merchants with 31 points. The Hespeler Shamrocks are in sixth place with 25 points, while the Titans sit in seventh place with 19 points. The Dolphins are in last place with 18 points.
The Thamesford Trojans suffered two losses in the Yeck Division, 4-1 to the Petrolia Flyers on Friday and 6-nothing to the Mount Brydges Bulldogs on Saturday.
The Trojans are tied with the Mount Brydges Bulldogs for third place in the Yeck Division standings with 33 points each. The Exeter Hawks are in second place with 35 points and the Flyers are on top of the division standings with 36 points.
