The Woodstock Navy Vets suffered a 5-3 loss to the Tavistock Braves on Friday.
PJHL - It was a tough loss for the Woodstock Navy Vets.
They fell to the Braves in Tavistock with a final score of 5-3 Friday night. Davin Gray scored two goals and Graeme Noye had 38 saves for the Vets.
The Tavistock Braves celebrated another win on Saturday. They beat the Mounties in Paris, 3-2 in overtime.
In other local Junior C hockey action, the Norwich Merchants fell to the Wellesley Applejacks 5-3 on Friday. The Merchants also shutout the Shamrocks 4-0 in Hespeler yesterday.
Thamesford Trojans also crushed the Mount Brydges Bulldogs 6-2 on Friday and narrowly beat the North Middlesex Stars 4-3 on Saturday.
