UPDATE: 5:05PM - The power has been restored. The Woodstock YMCA is in the dark. A power outage at the community facility hit on Tuesday, and continues to be an issue today as Hydro crews attempt to make repairs. YMCA of Western Ontario CEO Shaun Elliott says the timing isn't great. "This came out of the blue, it popped up this week. The timing is not impeccable, because as you know, it is March Break. So we've relocated our day camp for the day to a local church (Maranatha)." Elliott says they're expecting to have power restored by mid-afternoon.
