The Province is reporting just under 3,000 new cases of COVID-19 this morning and 1,761 resolved cases.
ONTARIO - The Province of Ontario has confirmed 2,938 new cases of COVID-19 this morning, bringing the total number of cases in the Province to 364,537.
The Province confirmed has confirmed 61 COVID-19 related deaths since Thursday, bringing the total in Ontario to 7,450. Another 1,761 cases have been labelled resolved, bringing the total number of resolved cases to 331,600.
The province completed 36,563 tests yesterday. We currently have 942 COVID-19 patients in the hospital with 494 people in the ICU and 284 in the ICU on a ventilator. Well over half of the new cases today are coming from hot spot regions with 906 new cases in Toronto, 533 in Peel, 391 in York Region, 230 in Ottawa and 140 in Durham.
