Ontario is reporting over 3,000 new cases of COVID-19 again this morning and 1,976 resolved cases.
ONTARIO - The Province of Ontario has confirmed 3,065 new cases of COVID-19 this morning, bringing the total number of cases in the Province to 367,602.
The Province confirmed has confirmed 8 new COVID-19 related deaths this morning, bringing the total in Ontario to 7,458. Another 1,976 cases have been labelled resolved, bringing the total number of resolved cases to 333,576.
The province completed 37,541 tests yesterday. We currently have 1,161 COVID-19 patients in the hospital with 482 people in the ICU and 299 in the ICU on a ventilator. Well over half of the new cases today are coming from hot spot regions with 955 new cases in Toronto, 561 in Peel, 320 in York Region, 165 in Ottawa and 132 in Niagara.
