Ontario is reporting over 3,000 new cases of COVID-19 again today and 2,407 resolved cases.
ONTARIO - The Province of Ontario has confirmed 3,215 new cases of COVID-19 this morning, bringing the total number of cases in the Province to 370,817.
The Province confirmed has confirmed 17 new COVID-19 related deaths this morning, bringing the total in Ontario to 7,475. Another 2,407 cases have been labelled resolved, bringing the total number of resolved cases to 335,983.
The province completed 49,889 tests yesterday. We currently have 1,397 COVID-19 patients in the hospital with 476 people in the ICU and 301 in the ICU on a ventilator. Well over half of the new cases today are coming from hot spot regions with 1,095 new cases in Toronto, 596 in Peel, 342 in York Region, 225 in Ottawa and 187 in Durham.
