Province Reports 2,092 New COVID-19 Cases

There are 2,254 hospital patients battling COVID-19, 56 percent of which were admitted to hospital due to the virus.

Ontario's daily COVID-19 case count remaining steady today.  

Officials reporting 2,092 new cases, along with 42 new deaths. 

There were 15,788 tests completed yesterday. 

Currently. there are 2,254 hospital patients with the virus, 44 percent of which were admitted for other reasons. 

There are also 474 ICU patients battling COVID-19, the majority of which were admitted due to the virus. 

More than 31 million vaccinations have been administered to date. 

About 91.2 percent of Ontarians aged 12 and older have one shot and 89.5 percent are double dosed.
