A Public Information Centre will be set up on Wednesday at Goff Hall to look at future plans for Souteast Woodstock.
WOODSTOCK - The City of Woodstock is setting up a Public Information Centre tomorrow regarding the lands recently annexed from Norwich Township.
It will discuss and explain the Southeast Woodstock Settlement Expansion Justification, Secondary Plan and Servicing Strategy Including Transportation, Water, Wastewater and Stormwater Management Master Plans.
The intent of the study is to provide a detailed land use plan and policies that will guide future development and
address all infrastructure requirements for the land that was annexed by the City for future urban growth.
A Public Information Centre will be held for this project to present the existing conditions of the study area, the preliminary land use concepts and the approach to municipal infrastructure including Transportation, Sanitary Servicing, Water Servicing, and Stormwater servicing alternatives. Project team members will be available to discuss the project and to receive your input. This is a drop-in event and no formal presentation will be made.
It runs from 4-7 pm tomorrow evening at the Goff Hall.
