The selected jury in the Michael Rafferty murder trial will resume sitting Wednesday morning at 10:00AM. The 9 women and 3 men panel were excused from duty mid day Friday prior to a number of legal arguments between the defense and the Crown. Wednesdays? proceeding s will begin at 9:30 ironing out a few further details surrounding further legal arguments Tuesday morning. Terri-Lynne McClintic is expected to take the stand for a 4th day as further testimony and cross examinations are to be carried out. The 9th day of the trial will resume at 10:00am for the jury and the key witness and is likely to continuing her testimony throughout the day.
