Relay for Life is raising money and awareness for the Canadian Cancer Society.
WOODSTOCK - Relay for Life is back in Woodstock, raising awareness and funds for the Canadian Cancer Society.
Tomorrow from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the College Avenue Secondary School there will be a variety of games and things scheduled for people to enjoy.
Signature Programs Specialist, Meghan Tennant, says the event will be filled with of course relays, music, food, games, dancing, and a Luminary Ceremony.
The Luminary Ceremony is to remember those who currently have, and continue to battle against Cancer.
"So far we have raised over $27,000, and we're really excited about that! We will continue accepting donations on-site as well."
With every $25 donated, you have a chance to win a roundtrip flight for two and a TTI Travel Canada voucher worth $5,740.
They will still be accepting donations in person and on their website until August. You can find additional details about the fundraiser, donations, and contest details online here.
