Oxford County has released the remuneration and expenses for county Councillors and the Warden for 2017.

Warden David Mayberry was the highest earner with a salary of $87,105. Deputy Warden Trevor Birtch was had the second highest salary at $30,401.
Everyone else on County council took home a salary of just over $26,000. Deputy Warden Birtch had the highest mark for travel and expenses at just over $2,500 and Warden Mayberry had the second highest at just under $2,000.
Councillors Tait, Wearn and Talbot were the lowest earners as they did not claim any travel expenses or attend any seminars, training or Conferences. The total cost of council salaries, expenses and training is $363,832.
