The OPP's Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is looking for a federal offender who has breached his parole. 23 year old Matthew Clifford Marshall is serving a three year sentence for robbery and assault causing bodily harm. He known for being in the London and Brantford areas.
Marshall is described as a white male, standing at about 5'6, weighing about 141 lbs with blonde hair and brown eyes. He also has lots of tattoos on his chest and forearms, including a tattoo of a machine gun on his right forearm.
