It was a tense moment for a pilot in Tillsonburg Sunday morning. Oxford OPP say around 10:45 am a single engine plane was making a routine landing at the Tillsonburg airport, however it wasn't all routine as the pilot was forced to land without landing gear. Police say the plane skidded to a stop on the runaway and luckily the male pilot and his male passenger were not injured. Transport Canada has been contacted to investigate the circumstances of the crash.
