The second Friday the 13th of 2015 will be bringing motorcyclists out to Norfolk county. OPP ask motorists to be careful.
NORFOLK COUNTY - The second Friday the 13th of the year is going to bring droves of motorcycle enthusiasts out to Port Dover, and OPP are warning drivers to be extra careful and allow more time to travel today.
Today's warm weather will likely encourage many cyclists to make the trip over to Norfolk county to participate in the special event. Because of the increase of traffic on roadways, OPP are encouraging all motorists to pay close attention to their mirrors and always check blindspots. Norfolk OPP Constable Ed Sanchuck says that a little extra vigilence will make a big difference.
Police will be on hand to help with any safety issues, and assist with traffic flow.
