Police have identified the man who was killed in downtown London early Sunday morning. 21 year-old Terrell Johnson was shot and killed shortly after 3am when a disturbance involving several people broke out near Richmond and King. Two men were shot. The second man, a 28 year-old from London was treated and released from hospital. 22 year-old Joshua Carter of London has been charged with second degree murder. Police arrested seven people at the scene but two were released and one was charged with a 'liquor licence offence'. Police have not said what charges the other three are facing. The investigation is continuing.
