A 20-year-old man from Sarnia passed away after shots were fired at Lambton College campus bar.
UPDATE (April 28th @ 5:55 a.m.) - After more than two weeks in hiding, police have arrested the primary suspect in this case.
Officers arrested 24-year-old Kyaw Doe in London yesterday. He has been charged with one count of second degree murder, two counts of attempted murder, and one count of possession of a firearm while prohibited. Police have also charged two 19-years-olds with gun-related offences and being accessories to murder after the fact.
The 20-year-old victim in this case has been identified at Dane Nisbet, a former Junior C hockey player for the North Middlesex Stars.
Sarnia Police Chief Derek Davis released this statement yesterday.
"The Sarnia Police Service extends our deepest condolences to the family and friends of Dane Nisbet. This has been devastating to them and to our community. We hope that this arrest brings a small measure of comfort, as the grief of Dane’s loss continues to be felt."

SARNIA - A homicide investigation is underway after shots were fired at a Lambton College campus bar.
The call came in shortly before 1:00 a.m. today and Sarnia Police say three people had been injured. Two of them sustained non-life threatening injuries and one was taken to Bluewater Health with serious injuries, but has since passed away. They have been identified as a 20-year-old man from Sarnia.
No one has been taken into custody at this time, and police will remain on scene for a "extended period" of time.
Lambton College says this is a shocking and saddening event for the community and it's offering supports resources to students online. The college campus is closed today with all classes and on-campus activities have been cancelled as well.
