A disturbance in Springford leads to a call to the Special Investigations Unit
The Special Investigations Unit has been called in after a suspect complained of injuries while in OPP custody.
Oxford OPP were called just after 8:30 Saturday morning to a disturbance on Otterville Road in Springford.
When they arrived, police arrested a 42 year old Otterville man. It was at this time, OPP say he became uncooperative and was restrained. The accused then complained of undisclosed injuries and was taken to hospital and was charged.
The name of the accused and his charges have not been released.
