5 people were involved in a Paris Jewellers store robbery at the Stratford Mall last night.
STRATFORD - It was an eventful evening last night at the Stratford Mall.
Police received several 911 calls regarding a smash-and-grab robbery at Paris Jewellers at 6 pm.
Five suspects entered the mall committed the robbery then fled in a white Honda CRV. An unknown amount of jewelry was stolen and one employee suffered minor injuries in the incident.
Roughly an hour later, the OPP notified the Stratford Police Service the vehicle had been located in Kitchener at the Sunrise Shopping Centre, and police had arrested four of the five suspects. A search was conducted to find the final suspect.
Anyone who witnessed the robbery and has yet to reach out is being asked to contact the Stratford Police Service. Further information will be released when available.
