We're currently under a special weather statement due to the heavy snow and significant rainfall in the forecast for today.
OXFORD COUNTY - A storm system is about to move through our area, bringing a mixed bag of weather.
Environment Canada says it should start as heavy snow this morning before it switches to rain this afternoon. We could get up to 5 centimetres of snow and about 10 to 20 milimetres of rain.
A rainfall warning could be issued later on, but we're currently under a special weather statement in Oxford County.
The heavy snowfall could impact your visibility this morning. The snow-covered roads could also impact the road conditions, and become slippery once the rain starts.
