OXFORD/ST.THOMAS/ELGIN - Southwestern Public Health has confirmed another 4 new cases of COVID-19 today, including another confirmed case in Woodstock.
The health unit also confirmed two more recoveries and the region currently has 37 active cases. Here is the complete breakdown of active cases right now according to Southwestern Public Health:
Aylmer - 16
Bayham - 7
St. Thomas - 7
Tillsonburg - 5
Woodstock - 2
To date, the Health Unit has tested 20,649 people for COVID-19. We have 239 cumulative confirmed cases, 197 cases have been resolved, 5 people have died from the virus and we currently have 37 active cases. We have also have had four institutional outbreaks since the pandemic was declared and all of the outbreaks have been declared over.
