OXFORD/ST.THOMAS/ELGIN - Southwestern Public Health is reporting 20 new cases of COVID-19 this morning and 30 resolved cases.
The active case count for SWPH region is 150 and you can find the complete break down below;

Blandford-Blenheim - 3
South-West Oxford - 3
St. Thomas - 40
Aylmer - 6

West Elgin - 2
Malahide - 1
Nine people are currently being treated for the virus at the hospital and two of those patients are in the ICU. This data only reflects SWPH patients and is not an indicator of our local hospital capacity. It is a reflection of how many people locally had a sever enough illness from COVID-19 to end up in the hospital or ICU.
An outbreak has been declared at the Caressant Care Bonnie Place in St. Thomas.
