A stolen black Chevrolet pick-up truck crashed in the County of Brant injuring 3 people.
BRANT - Three people were injured after a stolen black pick up truck attempted to evade police late last night. OPP were conducting a RIDE check around 11:30 p.m on Friday, when a stolen black Chevy pick-up truck attempted to avoid the stop. The pick up drove into the City of Brantford and crashed into a Mercury Marquis.Two people in the Mercury were taken to hospital to be treated for injuries. A passenger in the stolen vehicle was also transportated to hospital with minor injuries. The second passenger in the suspect vehicle attempted to flee from police but was arrested by the Brantford canine team. No information is being provided by the OPP as the SIU is investigating.
