Police found the man in a strangers backyard around 1:00 am on Tuesday.
STRATFORD - Stratford Police arrested a 54 year old man who was wandering around the backyard of a home in the West End of the City in the middle of the night.
Police were called around 1:00 am Tuesday. Officers arrived on scene and located the suspect who was still in the yard.
He was placed under arrest for Trespass by Night and Breach of Probation and was transported to Stratford Police Headquarters where he was charged with those offences.
The 54-year-old male was later released from custody on an Undertaking and is required to attend court on October 18, 2021.
