A 17-year-old driver from London has been charged in connection with a Victoria Day crash in Thamesford. OPP say Zachary Phillips attempted a U-turn on Highway 2. A motorcycle hit the SUV, injuring the driver and passenger of the bike. The driver of the bike was taken to a London Hospital with serious injuries, and is now in stable condition. His passenger was taking to Ingersoll Hospital and has been treated and released. Phillips is charged with making an unsafe turn under the Highway Traffic Act.
