The City of Woodstock is going to sell a piece of surplus land located at the south east corner of Park Row and Mill Street.
WOODSTOCK - Woodstock is selling off a piece of surplus land.
Tender documents will be issued shortly for the parcel situated at the south east corner of Park Row and Mill Street.
The city purchased the land for less than the asking price from a local church who had found new accommodation.
The area is currently zoned institutional but that could change depending on the purpose wanted for the lands by a new owner.
