Three GTA residents are facing fraud charges for allegedly attempting to cash a bogus cheque. Woodstock Police were called to the Bank of Montreal Thursday afternoon after 4PM. Two people had allegedly attempted to cash a fraudulent cheque. They all face charges of fraud over $5000. They are: Thamilchelvi SIVARAJASINGAM of Mississauga, Jogarasah VIGINESWARARAJAN of Woodbridge and Sasimala SASIKANTHAN of Scarborough.
