Police found one gun, two restricted firearms and four other weapon-related items, including a knife. The 34 year-old driver has been charged with multiple offences.
KITCHENER- Three guns were seized by police during a traffic stop in Kitchener.
The CBC reports a 34 year-old man was stopped by Waterloo Regional Police in the area of Ottawa Street North at River Road at 8 o'clock last night.
Police found one gun, two restricted firearms and four other weapon-related items, including a knife.
He has been charged with the following:
- unauthorized possession of a prohibited weapon
- unauthorized possession of a restricted weapon
- unauthorized possession of a prohibited device
- unauthorized possession of a firearm in a motor vehicle and driving while under suspension.
