Oxford OPP nabbed a couple of impaired drivers during random spot checks over the weekend and WPS charged a Stratford woman with impaired driving after a crash in the Friendly City on Saturday.
OXFORD COUNTY - The O-P-P Ride Program nailed two drivers with impaired over the weekend.
The Oxford detachment was conducting spot checks throughout the county. On Saturday, a 33-year-old man from Strathroy was charged with Operation While Impaired - after being pulled over shortly after noon on Road 68 in Zorra Township.
Just over 3 hours later, a 45-year-old from Guelph was nabbed on George Street in East Zorra-Tavistock. Both of the accused are scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on later dates.

WOODSTOCK - A 26-year-old Stratford woman is facing impaired charges after being pulled over in the Friendly City on Saturday.
Woodstock Police say that around 7:25 p.m., they responded to reports of a suspected impaired driver failing to remain at a collision at the intersection of Hunter and Light streets. Police found her less than a half hour later, and charged her with failing to stay at the accident scene, and providing a breath sample four times over the legal limit.
