Every Thursday a firefighter or dispatcher reads a bedtime story to the public on the Tillsonburg Fire And Rescue's Facebook page.
TILLSONBURG - Tillsonburg Fire and Rescue is offering bedtime stories with a firefighter or dispatcher every Thursday through Facebook.
Public Educator Sarah Barkley says they started doing this in June.
"Every Thursday we post a video related to Fire Prevention of a Firefighter or a dispatcher reading a bed time story to the public."
Barkley says the response from the community has been amazing.
"We have received such positive feedback and the firefighters and the dispatchers have so much fun doing the stories. Many members of the community have reached out, we have also had different chiefs and deputy chiefs from different departments who want to start this initiative in their community."
The new bedtime stories are posted every Thursday on the TIllsonburg Fire and Rescue's Facebook page.
