The Town of Tillsonburg is in the market for a new CAO. Kelley Coulter is leaving for another job, after less than 3-years in the town. Mayor John Lessif says they will search for someone who is committed long-term. "The intent was for Kelly to have a longer tenure than she's ended up having. So whenever you fill a position of that seniority, you're always looking to bring someone in that will bring stability and that has a vision, is committed to that vision, and generally that vision takes a number of years to become a reality," said Lessif. He credits Coulter with steering the town through a Community Strategic Plan, and Recreation Plan during her time. Director of Development David Samis is taking on the role of Acting CAO until a new Chief Administrator is recruited.
