The OPP caught up with an impaired driver in Tillsonburg after someone phoned it in.
TILLSONBURG - An impaired driver was pulled off the road in Tillsonburg after someone tipped off police.
The OPP responded to the call on Friday around 12:52 a.m. They were told of a possible impaired driver travelling on Simcoe Street near Highway 3.
When police caught up with the driver on Victoria Street they charged the 39 year old driver from Tillsonburg with:
- driving while impaired
- driving with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in blood
- driving while disqualified, court order
- driving while under suspension, 3 counts
- failing to comply with conditions of undertaking given by an officer in charge
