A 21 year old from Putnam, did not make it home from their shift after getting pinned under a large steel box at a business on Clarke Road in SWOX.
OXFORD COUNTY - The Ministry of Labour is investigating after a workplace fatality in South West Oxford earlier this morning.
OPP, Fire and EMS rushed to the business on Clarke Road around 12:15 this morning. Investigation revealed that the employee was pinned under a large steel box.
The deceased has been identified as 21 year old William Beacham of Putnam.
