Multiple police divisions were involved in executing a search warrant in Paris, resulting in two people being arrested.
PARIS - Two people are facing charges from a drug trafficking investigation.
A search warrant was executed by multiple police divisions today in Paris, which saw a 46-year-old Paris man and 34-year-old Brantford woman arrested and each charged with Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking - Fentanyl, Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking - Cocaine, and Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking - Methamphetamine.
During the search warrant officers seized a quantity of fentanyl, cocaine, and methamphetamine valued at approximately $4,270, $1,030 in Canadian currency, and a digital scale along with packaging material.
The total estimated value of the seized drugs and currency is approximately $5,300.
